«Miele di Luna is a Belgian Golden Strong Ale. Always inspired by Belgian abbey beers, I tried to obtain a product with a rich and complex taste but easy to drink, a seasonal beer with important organoleptic characteristics but always pleasing for less expert consumers too.
In short, Miele di Luna is a beer in perfect OTUS style. It shows intense floral and fruity perfumes, but with a substantial malted base that expresses caramel and toasted hints.
Here, the alcohol volume and aromas play hide and seek. Its colour reminds me of fireplace during winter nights».
